Exactly. It’s insane that after a few years, the NCAA was like, “Penn State has suffered enough!” and didn’t even make them live out their original post-season ban. Honestly, what’s a few years of no post-season compared to decades of suffering? It makes me sick.

I felt the same way about this. I was shocked this all had to be said.

That doesn’t have much to do with the comment made about people not fully considering a lifetime commitment.

I’m frightened that people need an article to understand the points made therein.

I frequently reference SMU, because compared to what other schools have done, their offense seems quaint. They’re still rebuilding after thirty-something years.

When someone says “cotton rounds”, to me that means the disposable kinds used for makeup and nail polish removal. Her bandages didn’t seem more environmentally friends in and of themselves, but yes: they don’t have the individual wrappers. etc.

Per the New York Magazine article, Lauren Singer makes her own band-aids out of cotton rounds and cheesecloth. Can someone explain to me how this is less wasteful than a Band-Aid? Band-Aids come in a box, but cotton rounds generally come in plastic bags.

This is nauseating. A pox on these women and the people that probably knew about their dementia fight club.

If they don’t cover all different types of hair, why do cosmetology schools exist? BURN IT ALL DOWN.

I, too, am one of the tribe. Deva sucks ass. I went once or twice and it was trash. I need better recommendations!

Your comment sounds like an argument, but I think we’re in agreement.

Yeah or free whatever they want!

I mean, I know no one knows that to do with curly hair, because I have gone to so many places and people and...they always try to blow it out. NO, I want to know what it’s actually going to look like. However, I didn’t know about the upcharge and don’t know if I’ve been charged extra. I considered having to go to a

Ohmygod. If this were real, I’d have so many questions about why this person couldn’t even wipe their ass properly without the hair there.

I think I’d like it if we focused on needing fewer of them, because young people are getting comprehensive sex ed and practicing safe sex as a result, not because we shouldn’t be getting them. I guess that is kind of what they were saying? But I don’t think access should be limited in any way, shape, or form.

This is clearly harassment. Holy shit. Also, how can you arrest someone for loitering on private property (whether they live there or not)? Wouldn’t someone have to confirm that they were trespassing? This is so much frightening bullshit.

I...

That part my me clench my sphincter so hard, I think it traveled up my colon.

Yeah, until I got to that section, I was like, “this could really go either way.” That entire paragraph is nauseating.

This is what I was trying to explain to others. UGH.
