Just curious, how are you organizing your extras? Whats the best way to keep them in while not getting cluttered in with other movies but still maybe being associated with the movie they go with.

You can try Irfanview. It’s simple enough, starts quickly and will handle any piciture ya throw at it. Videos too, with the right plugins, and if you’re so inclined.

I don't much mind the scanning; it's the record retention and the gov't thus indefinitely knowing a person's (or at least their car's) location at a given time. Once a plate scans clean the data should be immediately deleted, period. They don't need that info indefinitely.
