That’s got to be awkward for the rolling coal crowd. Everything Trump says is the word of god, but here he praised the cyber truck? Queue the "which button to press" meme

I’ll never be sad around a first gen miata with its headlights up.

Quality, comfort, and price (that’s nice)

I’m pretty sure my Encore GX has the same engine; above 60 gas milage plummets, but driving the 35 & 55 mph mountain roads I mostly traffic it pulls a very respectable and consistent 40-42 mpg. It’s a decent enough engine for my daily driver, definitely no complaints two years in to ownership. Nothing spicy, but so

I’ve never heard it called that either. Out here in New Hampshire we just call it the rolling stop and it is WAY more common than not. Almost ubiquitous.

Someone out here in the white mountains just got one. If the road isn’t dirt it’s covered in a layer of dusty sand from winter. If these do not look good clean, they look like a forgotten pile of scrap metal covered in dust and dirt.

I've never before seen designers channel the visage of a stoned walrus into a grill before.

Honestly it looks pretty great, that weight distribution sounds great, and the interior is clean and classy. I’m in the market for an EV in 2 years as my daughter turns 15 and takes my current car. It’s a shame it won’t make it to the states, my one day travel distances are 30 daily, 200 max on rare occasions so a

Now can it be replaced....

Depends on that frame. I’d happily put an aftermarket bed on this thing and call it a day at this price, especially with the current costs on truck, but these had one weakness: rusty frames

Heh, I had a highschool friend start a very long career in the Navy after taking this approach in a SAAB SPG in the NH white mountains to avoid recourse

“Okay, so here’s the big secret: the pedal doesn’t have to be all the way down, you can position it in a gradient and ease in to it.”

Hah, 100% this. I work with a rural select board and that's about 90% of everything that happens.

I found this exact car listed for a more reasonable 29.5k on classic cars dot com. Definitely would skip it at 30k+

Pretty car! It's on the high end of the KBB but in the right ballpark and given the condition worth the ask. NP, would buy.

If I’m going to spend $300k for performance it definitely wouldn’t be a Mustang, no offense.

Tough, I can’t find good information on private sale prices here, but I see some going in that price range and higher. Given the condition I’m leaning NP.

Man, I forgot how bad that era of interior plastics was... But honestly it's a NP.  Ugly as hell, and that price will get its revenge at the pump, but decent first car material here.

This seems wild when my pedestrian old man Buick for soccer dads has the foresight to update when my car is parked, turned off, and not in use - pausing if I so choose to interrupt.

What a copout. My dad had a Stingray with side exhaust and to this day my mom still complains about how often that thing savagely burned her legs getting out of the car. Now THAT is a properly done side exhaust, it didn't try to look evil - it was evil.
