I’ve been thinning out the softwood in my forest and this year is the first year I’ll be taping my maple trees (followed by my birch trees when the season shifts). Excited. Also maple syrup is life.

I absolutely am interested in healthy options, and plant based options, despite being a huge carnivore - but they all SUCK. I tried beyond ground beef, it was awful, like sandy catfood patties. It’s cute! It should make charming R2D2-esque beeps while working. But...I have a yard cart I use to move woodpellets made of metal grating that has a higher payload. However I’m sure it’s a pretty useful piece of autonomy!
