I still like my early 2000's GM product... :(

Aren’t Landers and Palm Springs a fair distance (50+ miles) away?

The Ka got bigger in the most recent generation, making it a B-segment car, just like the Fiesta. In fact, the two cars are largely similar in size by most metrics (height, length, width, wheelbase, weight) and share the same underpinnings.

Wow, looks damn nice. The only design aspect that I’m not 100% sold on is the headrest fairings. They look alright, but just a touch too big. Any idea if there are functional roll hoops under there?

As do huge swaths of the rest of the populated world. The Victorville area, however, ranks much lower on the earthquake index than most CDP’s in the state, and they have not had a single quake greater than 3.5 magnitude in the last 30 years.

I caught part of it on TV a couple months ago. Probably hadn’t seen it in several years. You’re right, it hasn’t aged spectacularly well, but it’s still a fun time.

In Florida, building on a swamp that gets hurricanes was a bad idea.

Feisty.

I would have voted for the Hughes H-4 Hercules, otherwise known as the Spruce Goose. It made one single flight of about one mile in length, at an altitude at or below 70 feet, so it would maintain ground effect.

Worst case scenario, if a judge decides that the suit has merit, Knee Deep will keep making it under another name, because it really is one of their staple beers.

For my girlfriend and I, the cost of tickets, one bucket of popcorn, two drinks, a hot dog, some warm pretzel bites, and a small box of

I used to always sneak either a 22oz beer or a flask of whiskey into the theater. But since Lyft has gotten popular enough that I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a ride, I just down a few before heading to the theater.

Before the first game of the season, I said the team looked good on paper. I was told that they’d be terrible the first few years. Then, around mid-December, I said they were playing like a playoff team. I was told it was because their schedule was too easy, and they’d fall apart by the end of January.

After a few steps, a code will be generated that allows the user to activate a desired pump and start fueling. Payment is then automatically charged through its Fuel Rewards savings.

You’ll be missed.

Yeah, really can’t argue that. They aren’t one of the flashier brewers around the area, but they do have the common theme across most of their stuff with their “hop mascot.”

Ah, well there you have it.

Cold take:

My favorites are the Stoutello (although the Tanilla Porter is much more widely-available and is also tasty), and the Hop-De-Ranged. The Simtra is definitely good though.
