Honestly, not a bad looking car. Time will tell if it’s soul-crushing to drive. But so far it looks like a step in the right direction.

From my line of thinking, it could change things based on the theory that the new yeast that provides different levels of bitterness while matching hop flavors. Sure, it might not make sense in your case (high-IBU multi-hop pale ales). But several of my recipes only call for one or two hop varieties.

So...yeah....

If he ever expands to recreating flavors of more hop varieties, I could see this becoming game-changing to the craft beer community. I can already think of several applications, depending on how it compares in terms of bitterness to a few hops that I use regularly.

To be fair, most of the shoddy voice acting is intentional. More specifically, the “clip show” or “vignette” episodes are often done in one take with little-to-no practice.

Not entirely true. Depending on where you live in the country, track days cost anywhere from around $150/day to $600/day. Not dirt cheap, I’ll grant you that. But consider that it’s less than the cost of most aftermarket exhausts or a set of tires.
