Still trying to get past 10%+ unemployment and the catch-22 of employers that want 5-6 years of experience for a entry level position and refuse to give anyone a chance.

Last minute and probably TurboTax, otherwise known as "Crap, it's due tommorrow!".
virtual machines work wonders for there's no issue if they break; just restore from a snapshot or recreate them
I've got an old D1 I just use as a desk clock/alarm/music and radio player. It's nice to make use of old technology for something new. When I eventually can afford a new phone I'll have to find something to use my droid x for.
Of all the things you could respond to and you choose that route.
Another petty attempt at trying to scare people rather than fixing their flawed, outdated system of business and creating something that encourages people to legally purchase media rather than making it as difficult as possible. In other words, the same thing they've done for the last 15-20+ years.
Just another reason anyone trying to get into the workforce gets screwed over. What happened to handing a resume to a manager and getting a call back either saying no or "when can you come in"? Computers should never touch a resume. If you're HR department can't take time to at least glance over the resumes and…
#1 rule I've learned: Buy a right-angle adapter. I went through about 4 pairs every 3 months before I did that. I also had to get a replacement front panel connection board for my PC. Brought a cheap, $5 right angle adapter (with a in-line volume too) and I only recently had to replace a pair because the cushions…
I used TurboTax last year and it was pretty simple. It's definitely better than paying HR Block $200.
Whenever I'm using a lot of tabs, usually research, I drag the tabs to different windows. It not only gets them out of the way but helps to organize them without messing up other tabs. A poor mans tab group.
When it needs it. I reinstalled XP/Vista every 6 months or so. Windows 7, I went from moving from the RTM to Retail and it was fine for 2 years (til just this past december). The only reason I even re-installed recently was to fix a random reboot issue which I figured out has nothing to do with the OS and everything…
56 Apps in addition to the default CM7 apps and Google stuff. About a 1/5 are games. I generally don't install much unless I can make use of them.
Been using Chrome lately. I had been using Maxthon 3 but development slowed too much. I like that in Chrome all my bookmarks, extensions and settings are synced over. Add Chrome portable on my USB drive and I can take everything everywhere and not have to deal with setting everything up on a new pc continuously.…
Only a few. I wrote one for a server a few months ago and it's become one of the top google searches for it since it seems there was little to no reliable information on it before I did my review.
I use Astrid. The app is nice and it integrates well with Google Calendar too. I use a widget from Business Calendar on my homescreen on my Droid X to track everything. It's nice.
I just sync TB to my dropbox and have it keep 5 versions. Works wonders.
I've been wanting a tablet but I want something a little larger (11-13"). I also want something with a stylus and good sensitivity so it can function like a Wacom tablet. I like the idea of the Surface/Surface pro but I want that in a Android device since I utilize so many Google services and I am already established…
I've always resorted to spinning my pencil/pen on my fingers. It's strangely relaxing and it does help me to focus. That is until you start getting looks from other people who were trying to find something to focus on. Things get awkward from there.
Generally 1-2GB a month, sometimes more. I'm holding on to my Verizon Unlimited as long as possible. I'd probably be using more if I was working, but going back and forth to college and needing to check assignments and more on the go racks up the data usage.
It works well when you have "stoplight" led indicators on stuff too. Seriously, who thought it would be a good idea of the modem lights brightly lit up the wall 12 feet away. Gets pretty disturbing when the equipment is in your bedroom.
