Yes, the PC is ever-evolving. Always getting stronger, more advanced, more powerful. Thanks to being able to upgrade your PC or buy a new PC. PS4 and Xbox One, spec wise will always be stuck in time for it's entire lifespan. Just like every other console ever made.
