I don’t think it matters much. This is not a two-lane road where he made a left turn from the far right lane. This is a single lane road that had not cleared. This moron driving the truck hit the car immediately in front of him on a one-lane road. I can’t see how that’s not an easy win for the Honda owner.
I’d double-star this if I could. It drives me nuts when people speed through neighborhoods and parking lots.
