I want to upvote the informational value of your post, but somehow feel like I’m upvoting what-happened (even though realistically I wouldn’t be).
If you are referring to the C8 Corvette, subjectively speaking, I think it’s gorgeous, and I welcome the departure from nose-centric Corvettes of the past.
Considering Coyote engines date back to the first Modular V8 engines from roughly 31 years ago, one could argue that at this point the Coyote is historically significant too.
The challenge will be, assuming they can pull this off (and I mean it’s Porsche; you kinda expect that they could, from an engineering point-of-view), when (if ever) could the economies of scale match that of electric power-trains (eh, assuming of course the entire state doesn’t hit the “off” switch during a winter…
Absolutely swear by this. Turns out a dealer secretly was trying to charge me for underbody coating when they had agreed on the price. The difference came out in the payment calculation. Fuckers.

These things were a dime a dozen in any midwestern city during the 70s up until about mid 80s. My great-grandfather owned a beautiful pine green 1975 Limited, which I think was a step up from the 225. Google search results refer to it as an Electra Limited, but I distinctly remember it not having any reference to…
