Clearly what they should have done was place stickers with the name of their chosen cold-air intake manufacturer on the window. Then they would have been taken more seriously. Or maybe get one of those decals of the Tuatara urinating on a say... a Cheyron or something.

Awesome links, thank you!

Whether it’s ignorant or apathetic, I don’t know, and I certainly don’t care.

I’d be curious as to how these compare to aftermarket solutions like the Comma.ai.

I am not a fan of the steering wheel, but appreciate that is highly subjective.

Then you have probably never driven a Genesis.

Do you mean GV80?

I once had to convince my father-in-law and his gearhead buddy that my car (at the time a Genesis Sedan) had a V8 engine as neither of them knew Hyundai made a V8 engine. It did not take long to convince them.

I think it looks a lot more similar to the Bentley logo.

All depends on what you consider fun I guess. My role-playing characters are usually an extension of myself with superpowers. I’m okay with that.

Coffins don’t have room for luggage.

IIRC the Telluride and Palisade are actually larger vehicles than the GV80.

It’s potentially a really good idea, but one major problem come to mind (that I believe you allude to). If the speed of the tires don’t match the speed on landing, and/or the plane is not perfectly straight and the wheel speed doesn’t account for the contact angle, then torque!!

..but of course they’re Michellins.

Tire engineers are amazing. It’s amazing to consider what tires endure, particularly for things like airplanes. Yes I realize that the compounds and such vary dramatically by use case, but just consider that an A380 can land while weighing just over 850,000 pounds. Now consider that those tires go from 0 to ~161mph

There was another one from that era that I can’t seem to locate where the 300Z is (allegedly) on the Autobahn and they show a shot of it in the passing lane flashing a 911 to pass. Obviously a bit unrealistic but if I recall correctly (and admittedly there’s a good chance that I don’t), it was done with the same

I’d give you 10 stars if I could.

I have no problem with dealers fulfilling those functions. My problem are the laws which prevent direct sales in the first place.

The only reason dealers still exist is because they lobby to exist bribe politicians.
