@FodderTheSane: my thoughts exactly, just 3 minutes slower (although I have some mechanical abilities, just no garage).

and one of these. I've wanted one since I was a kid. I don't even really care what engine I put in it. As one reviewer once said, "At 1200lbs, a tightly wound rubber band would provide adequate performance."

this. With a modern turbo diesel in it.

@PerkisPower: I love 'Bud at the Glen.' I'd love to see them at a couple of other tracks, especially Road America, I think they'd run really well there.

What driver from another series (F1, Rally, BTCC, etc) would you most like to see in NASCAR someday? or, alternately, who do you think would do well?

Very well played. Congrats.

Pic #6! Wow! I've never actually seen someone drink Red Bull!

@MrEvil: yeah, thanks, I posted that before I looked one up. Holy crap. They're huge.

@..In The World: IIRC That one was even better because it had a ski rack. I drool over a Cayman (I know, I know, but I like 914s so cut me some slack) with a bike rack on the roof that drives by my house all the time. The only thing sexier than a fast wagon is a sports car used to haul stuff.

Now playing

@$kaycog: Not the best one of their series of commercials but I appreciated the spoof of Antiques Roadshow (a program I find almost completely unwatchable).

@Pessimippopotamus: Wow, that's lovely. It kind of reminds me of this old Aston DB2-4

@rod.schultz: and having driven a non-turbo, I can say that it desperately needed one. The NA engine was decidedly ho-hum. Otherwise a nice, and nice looking car.

@seandavid010: I'm with you on that. I love those. I think they have such nice proportions. I would have bought one but I needed a bit more space for hauling stuff.

@Spiegel McFly: Crochet FTMFW. Aww yeah, sweaterbabe.com. You know it.

@Murilee Martin: Thanks for the link. I miss your LeMons coverage on Jalopnik. F the whiners who didn't appreciate it.
