@Ash78, now featuring the Tyke Hoon: Hang in there, the first three months were pretty rough for us but after that things smoothed out and now we've got a champion sleeper (parental sleep is a huge thing).

@Ash78, now featuring the Tyke Hoon: Agreed. It kind of makes me miss the days of $4 gas.
@jakebonz: holy hell that was bad.
I'm at a loss for words.
@duurtlang: Well, actually, I think that taking the cars size into account is more fair. I don't really expect a full-size truck to get over 40mpg for a very long time so it is kind of silly to measure it on that standard.
@duurtlang: You guys just have a weaker auto lobby and therefore you might have standards actually based on something other than what the car industry has told the EPA they will accept. I mean really, 20-23mpg is a B-? That is pathetic. My 23 year old Toyota truck gets that and it's barely in tune.
at least she didn't post the video on YouTube.
@spiegel1: Feet first, apparently, yes. Head first, doubtful.
@alan505: Ha! Too true.
@Alfisted: agreed. Now that's jalop.
@ThreeLitre: I don't know the man either but this really does seem like a supremely stupid case of biting the hand that feeds you.
... And this is why people think Economists are asshats!
and I'm sure he was just about to post his escapades on Youtube...
@My grocery getter is a Lotus Elise: I'd promote this if I could.
@Tiberiuswise: as someone who does a lot of work trying to represent data in interesting ways, I think that's a great idea. It would be especially interesting for us to see the size of the automakers many of are completely unfamiliar with, like the Asian companies.
@Ray Wert: Ahhh, the graphic is confusing there. There is no arrow and no percentage like there is in other places, like Ford owning a part of Mazda. Do you know the percentages or is that something to come with future revisions (because it is in flux or whatever)?
Whoa! I didn't know Toyota owned Mazda and Subaru!
@Jackie: +1 I also don't like how FB changes their privacy policies and I have to opt out after finding out about the policy changes. I don't use any applications. I didn't totally create a false persona like you though, that is looking like a smart move in hindsight.
@Engineerman: seconded. I spend too much time on Jalopnik as it is. I need fewer online things to suck my time away from working on actual physical projects and interacting with actual physical people.
I see the designers all must drive with a 'gangsta lean'
