I wonder if this new axle will appear as the standard axle on the new JL Rubicon? The axle tubes and knuckles are notoriously weak on both the D30 and D44.

There are places my four door will go that two doors can’t and vice versa. Big ledges and steps are a place where the four door will shine. There are lots of those in Moab and I hear folks complain that the long wheelbase makes it too easy.

These guys do have a reputation for being trail douches. Most are okay but there are enough that lack common sense and trail etiquette to give the rest a bad name.

I did the Hela H4 conversion as well. Much cheaper than the LED options at the time and it works very well. JW Speaker headlight options have dropped below the “factory” price they are asking for the 2017s and are very nice. The knockoff lights are about the same price as my Hela lights with bulbs now.
