Buying a home has a nonzero chance of accumulating (or at least retaining) value over time. Rental housing has ZERO chance of ever giving you any return on investment whatsoever. It’s just a black hole that you shovel money into and never see a dime of again. And, oh yeah, rents keep going up.

Based on my own experience, people are terrible at estimating another persons height even when they are standing right next to each other. I’ve had people guess that I was only an inch taller then them when I was actually three inches taller.
