There is no truer Bond fan than I; I read the novels in the late '50s, and saw all the movies in first run. I also got the 007 briefcase set for christmas in 1965. The really true fan takes the bad with the good. Quantum was in movies made by EON; it's canon, and we just have to deal with it.
