Yup, this is my experience too. Im about 16 hours in, and have never felt the difficulty was too hard or the need to grind to get upgrades. I have an ass(creed)load of most of the crafting materials and skill points because I’m a weeny and don’t want to spend them in the wrong place, and even then, the only fight I’ve

Just to throw this out there (and really just to combat the kid here stomping his feet about having to grind in an RPG), these Microtransactions aren’t an issue. Really. It took me hours before I actually clicked the store tab at all, and that was only because the game gave me free helix credits for some reason.

Saw and Rec’d your post on another Kotaku article about this too. 100% agree. This is a huge part of the problem dragging this industry down. Nobody wants to pay for anything (single player games, especially), making the need for secondary revenue streams like Microtransactions much greater and much more widespread.

The fact is that microtrasactions are staying in games no matter what folks do or say to try to change that. Games is a business and businesses need ways to stay profitable in order to keep producing, growing, and providing employment.

Without the first sentence this is indistinguishable from the usual garbage. Well done.

Ah, I hope you can forgive my ignorance on American sporting events as I’m from the UK, and so it’s true, I’ve never been to a live NBA/NHL/MLB game and so can’t really comment on that.

When I was referring to tennis, I wasn’t meaning in relation to the Serena situation at all, as I only heard about it in passing. I

i mean, yeah it sounds funny. but lets be honest. those marriages would have been killed by the next non-shared interest. the game didn’t take anyone over, it most likely found someone already checked out or on the edge of check out in the relationship, and they just found something fun to do while hoping someone had

I’m not sure what the problem is here.

My sleep deprived brain completely missed that. My bad.

Oh damn you’re right. I missed the line above the quote, i assumed it was him.

Gatekeeper much? You don’t get to dictate how other people enjoy something. And since you didn’t even address the core of what this guy was saying because you were too busy huffing your own “pure fandom”, Puffs is a really fun show, and I second the recommendation.

Former enlisted here, myself. I wasn’t that turned off by it. It wasn’t a Kellen Winslow “i’m a soldier!” type of statement, or even a statement necessarily about her personal experience (she doesn’t say “I feel like a soldier in World War II.”) She’s probably right. I’d say the majority of those in combat would

Ugh, we get it. You don’t like Cursed Child. You made that clear the first time when you made your original comment (which is in the black for everyone to see). Continuing to reply to even mildly positive comments (many of which don’t even provide opinions on the show) with your opinions makes you look and sound like

For me the green hills with icefilled mountain tops... that’s AWESOME.

I allied with the Bird Loa so I could use her totems to get around but that just made it ALL THE MORE CONFUSING

It’s breathtaking, and a far cry from the dingy port town the Alliance starts off in.

So... just dancing lessons.

Honestly reading the article I feel I don’t know relieved that this WASN’T a youtube “stunt” that went bad. This was a horrible event but I was expecting to read that this was all part of a plan to get clicks that went wrong but instead this looks like a, maybe drunk drive, maybe on drugs, maybe suicidal... who knows,

I’m loving the new expansion, it revitalized my WoW habits and it even got me drawing again :)

FOR THE ALLIANCE!

The tuba immediately made me think of Veggie Tales.
