For anyone interested in this that doesn’t have a weird hate boner for Stadia, you can sign up for a month of the pro service for free, and play this game for free.

We need to change the conversation on Tom Nook to one of celebration.
In every game, this man(raccoon) gives you a home FOR FREE. All he asks is that you pay him back for it if you want an even better home. Even if you view this as a loan, it’s a zero percent interest, zero penalty loan. He never mentions it again…
That’s great!
Is it going free to play on all platforms? I’d like to pick it up on the Switch, especially if I can move my progress from PC over.
You could literally play it for free right now on your PC. It’s free to Stadia Pro subscribers, and they’re giving away a month of Pro for free. What’s there to lose?
Far Cry, Assassin’s Creed, and Watch Dogs are all launching same day on Stadia as well. I know, I know...
Seriously, cancel culture is getting way out of hand. You can’t even slowly murder people in broad daylight with your hands in your pockets anymore!

I struggled with this for a long time. When the game was revealed at E3 I thought, “What will I name my island? I’ve got like half a year, I’ll think about it later”, then it was a few months, then a month, then a few weeks, then a week... then days!
Would you please comment on the fact that a large portion of Animal Crossing fans refer to the Gamecube game as “Animal Crossing: Population Growing”?
The Meta might only actually effect very high level play, but the concept of the meta effects everyone. I’m terrible at OW, and there’s always people in Silver bitching about off meta picks. Keeping it fresh and fluid seems like a good change for everyone.
I get that everyone enjoys games differently, but is sharing an island really a worse option than not playing the game at all?
