When using AES 128, I almost never notice an impact when implementing Bitlocker. When doing 256, I do see a performance hit. Nothing drastic, say 15%, but it’s there.

First off, there’s some very inaccurate information about Bitlocker here.

That’s why we have low range gearboxes, which it has. It’s usually less about running out of torque and more about running out of ground clearance.

I actually own a 2016 trailhawk, it’s a glorious thing to drive. The looks, ‘eh, their polarizing, but whatever. It’s very capable in the snow, muck and mud.
