What?
Go to a shoretown in Connecticut.
it is a nice road trip but you will not have much time to spend in each of those places with only 4 days. You will definitely not have time to do the things in NYC you want to do. Even if you do use the subway while in NYC and rent the car after you are done with NYC. You will spend more hours than you care to in…
If you are going to NYC for 4 days you will definitely not make it to chicago it is about a 10 or so hour drive from NYC. Even Washington DC is a 5 hour drive. Figure that means 1 day going and a day return. You will only have 2 days in NYC. enough to hit the spots you mentioned but not enough to truly see NYC for…
if you drive up north then yeah— cape cod and maine are really nice landscapes— sand dunes, forests right up to the sea, old towns with brick buildings, etc. take a detour inland to vermont. eat pancakes.
Beautiful landscapes is why I suggested the coast north of NYC. You pretty much have to stay on I-95 until you cross the Thames River, but then kick onto Route 1 and hug the coastline. The drive is going to suck until you get to that point, then it gets scenic and relaxing.
Check out the Cloisters. It’s one of my favorite places in NYC and a really unique spot.
Go up into New England and drive around there for a few days, especially the coastal areas.
You could spend all four days in DC and not see everything there is to see.
You can’t legally drive the Tesla Model X on the Brooklyn Bridge.
Congratulations, Mr. LVPoen and Mr. waetherman, on today’s COTD! I have for you guys a brightly colored motorcycle which this lovely lady will deliver as soon as she finds her protective gear.
Ha. Watched the video first without reading the RC part and thought for the first 15 seconds or so, “that’s an amazing tilt-shift video!”
Brakes are for bitches
It’s kind of funny how, let’s say, a reasonably new TVR would be illegal in America while this barely re-wrapped…
Man, I don’t know. Kickback city. Be super careful. If you can swing it, look into one of those smaller-diameter circular saws. They’re great for cutting panels and stuff, and much easier to use than the full size ones.
You could cut the wood but your tolerances would be crap and grinders don’t have any type of guides to setup a proper jig.
I guess this type of mass violence does happen in other countries.
The Testarossa in the way-too-appropriately named “Hard Drivin,” one of the first polygon-scaling-thingamabob games in history. Here comes the loop, get another dollar ready!
Not meaning to speak ill of the dead or anything, but I’m unsure of quite how to blame the “street racers” are here. Presumably she didn’t crash head first into a street racer, so she must have hit another vehicle since most of the damage is away from the crash barrier. Sadly, driving head first into a vehicle that…
