Man, it hasn’t been this unclear that someone was joking since...

How can Seth MacFarlane join the cast, when he is already the creator and star of the show? the headline hurts my head due to how wrong it is.

Not sure but material property stay the same. The Delorean show how difficult is it to maintain a “SS car” in good condition. What make the beauty of (regular) steel panel is if you press on it, it will come back to the same position without marking as it is quite flexible (ok don’t jump on the hood either).

If the music is copyrighted, and the cop is playing it in public, then shouldn’t the police department be securing the appropriate permissions and paying the proper fees?  And/or being sued by the publisher?

I mean it is a prototype so let’s be fair. However, anybody who had some Stainless Steel appliances in their kitchen can attest of how much of a nightmare this is going to be to keep in clean, not dented (SS has very little tolerance to marking)....etc I worked for Peugeot/Citroen back 20 years ago studying aluminum

“If the punishment for a crime is a fine, than that law only exists for the poor”

Pretty sure broadcasting copyrighted music without proper license is legitimately piracy (and the whole basis of the cop’s brilliant idea)

Officer Dumbshit though he was being sly playing Disney tunes while questionable policing?

I’m hoping both of them get heavy jail time. Aside from interfering with a flight crew, there’s heavy doses of assault thrown into the mix.

1st gear - um... Gasoline? Literally used in bombs. In just about every car on the road. Pointing out that storing energy is dangerous is like pointing out water is wet.

It was genuinely easier to get in and out of my wife’s Fit than the HRV we got as a dealer loaner.

In fact, the Fit was better in every way. Visibility, interior room, price, fuel economy, practicality.

Is there a problem with even one of the reasons she likes her car? We’d do well if more people bought cars that weren’t too big or too powerful.

This whole thing started because these people wanted to protest against mandates that don’t exist… does it really surprise you that they would piss themselves just to claim a grievance. They are looking for reasons to be the victims of this situation (which they created).

I’m going to hazard a guess that it might be related to the PCV systems all cars run.  It burns off oil vapors created in a running engine.  Dirty oil is full of water and unburned fuel too.  It’s one reason short tripping is hard on cars. The oil never gets hot enough to burn off the contamination that all oil

Any explanation how oil level affects emissions? This sounds incredible to me.

I think some of these “old/new” cars could be a dealer-used car that is just now being sold. I’ve seen cars being sold that the parts department used, or the dealers owner or spouse or kids drove for a year. It is never titled when the “dealer” uses it and comes with the factory warranty but sold at a used car price.

I have never in my several decades of living in Florida ever been in a 4+ hour wait at MCO. Even then, it would still beat having to deal with Tampa traffic and I4.

I don’t remember any cars crashing in Dune. There aren’t even any roads!

The Japanese title for Neon Genesis Evangelion is Shin Seiki Evangelion”, so the word “Shin” has actually been part of the title since day one!

They’re playing a little fast & loose with the word “hero”, if they’re including the force of nature/cautionary tale about man’s hubris Godzilla, and Evangelion Unit 01, which is best classified as “it’s complicated”.
