He gave his ID, if the investigation would have shown that she was indeed a prostitute they would have been able to trace him and arrest him later on. She didn't get arrested for prostitution, she got arrested for not cooperating during an investigation.

She did have to give her ID. When a cop gets called for a possible illegal activity you have to produce your ID for them, if a cop just randomly stops you on the street you do not.

Jup, the cop handled this really well. If you get a call that there are 2 people having sex in a car and one of them refuses to hand over an ID, I would find that seriously suspicious too.

Something doesn't add up here though, if she was kicked out of class and then walked down the stairs .. why is there somebody right there with a phone? Why was a student allowed to follow her outside? Why isn't that student being told to give up their phone?

There are only 2 danganronpa games as of now, they are both originally made for psp so if you have one of those laying around you can just play them on there.
