Look, as somebody who has lost a lot of weight herself I can easily tell you that you don't need to keep working out at the same rate as you did while losing (fixed that!). Nobody is doomed to a life of hard work-outs or being overweigt unless you have a medical condition.

She doesn't have to keep doing this for the rest of her life. She just did it to loose the weight in a short amount of time (no comment on the health risks of that).

Shh, people just want to hear that walking is abnormal and sitting behind a desk all day is the way to live your life.

Well, the amount of weight she lost is perfectly possibly with a simple diet or some excersise. The amount of time she took on the other hand, might be a bit hard to mimic.

I agree with you here, I have no idea why it bothers people so much to give out passwords. My partner and I know passwords for mail accounts and computers because we both work, we might get sick or something might happen and it's just handy to be able to check things for eachother ..
