Namaste inside. It’s cold here.

You presume he’s capable of shame. How kind of you.

I refer you to the Eminem song of the same name, the origin of the term.

I mean, it was a sketch. Likely not actually real.

Better than playing the piano with his dong?

I’m guessing that, as a career diplomat, this is his “I can’t believe I even have to deal with this shit” face. He just hasn’t been doing it for quite as long as Taylor and Kent, so he’s not quite as good at hiding it just yet.

Yeah, but that was over a YEAR. This was all in one MONTH. And you’re totally right, 2007 was a phenomenal year.

Yeah... I got nothing here.

And ALL of them are Trumpists. I KNOW for a FACT that Lindsey Graham knows better than to use “the.” Yet, over the past few months, it’s crept back into his vocabulary. There is no way you can convince me that it’s not an attempt to minimize these charges and also to belittle the other party.

But I thought that the well of non-controversial, purely sports-related content was so deep!

Even Fake Deadspin is now fully dead. No new articles since 11/4.

Next up... Worcester.

Depending on the timeline the “White Russian” probably meant one of two things. Either he was of Belarusian descent (literally White Rus), or he was a Menshevik (the revolutionary opponents of the Communist Bolsheviks.

Interesting, if true. Although despite a definitive final sentence, the evidence presented is admittedly inconclusive. More importantly, that evidence is all very recent. Hitler himself thought that he was most likely of Jewish descent. Even if he wasn’t, that great “secret” informed the way he acted and literally

Maybe that’s the difference then? Attitudes toward Russian language have gotten so negative that many Ukrainians will refuse to converse in it, even when it’s an obvious lingua franca.

Are you diaspora perchance? If so, may I ask from where? I accept your correction, but can’t help but note that you used the Russian spelling. Im legitimately curious if there are regional/dialect differences? I’ve spent nearly two months in-country since spring, and have worked with many Ukrainians over the years

I speak imperfect Russian as a second language and have worked in and around the region for more than 15 years. So I promise I’m not speaking out of my ass.

So, regarding the pronunciation and spelling of the Capital of Ukraine. In Ukrainian, it is spelled Kyiv and pronounced Keev. In Russian, it is spelled Kiev and pronounced Key-ev. For obvious reasons, largely related to unwanted military touching, Ukrainians much prefer the former. Much of the western world has agreed

And Hitler was half-Jewish. Self-loathing seems to be something of a theme for these types.

On the contrary, it’s a good joke because Giuliani has infamously dressed in drag for reasons of dubious merit. See the picture posted above. The joke is a call-out, not a put down.
