Years ago I was playing the MMO FPS “Planetside” and I created a new toon to play on a different faction. Using this toon I was getting tons of unusual attention from opposing players. This has been my experience. I’ve had a handful of guys profess their undying love for me after quietly nursing their crush based on like... that time I did some dungeons with them or we queued for some games in the same group. And of the handful, a few have had extremely bad reactions to even meager ‘no thank you’s.
