I didn’t catch that at first, but I fully agree. Odd how cult, defining videos can originate from close to you without you knowing.

They make a pill for that.

My Samurai knows how your Porch feels. It’s been lubricating the back half of one of my garage stalls for far too long. Still not sure if I want to finish the half complete projects or sell it.

Mid engine cars swing the heavy bits around when driven hard, just like FWD let the heavy bits lead them into walls when driven hard, Just a change in driving styles.

Most of us that have them hide them in the garage to try and combat the cancer. That and there are very few offroad parks and places here in the flatlands to make fools of Jeeps in.

Sunset Speedway, just north of Omaha Nebraska. I watched my Grandpa, “Wild” Bill Wrich and my uncle Dwight race and win there countless weekend nights as a kid. Fond memories. Closed years back, as the city grew and people didn’t like the sound of dirt cars interrupting their weekend evenings.

Makes sense, Biff being modeled after Trump and all...

Clearly those who are of the opinion that running the car while unattended in winter do not understand the transportation of small children in the winter. The argument of someone coming along and stealing it form a personal driveway has to have such a low occurrence to be anecdotal at best.

I was a very separate company, physically sharing only sensors with corporate GM stuff. The Spring Hill factory ate raw materials and crapped out cars.

It was owned and started with/by GM, but it wasn’t until the L series came along that you could said that is shared anything with the rest of GM.

I’m sure you are probably correct. Our local Chief’s or whatever drive this, first thing that came to my head.

Might be the fire chief/marshal.

Can confirm, that’s a Samurai frame and running gear under there. The 1.6li motor or head can be swapped into a Sami pretty easily, but that one sure looks like the stock 1.3li with the ever popular Webber carb on the intake.

Looks like the vac advice is disconnected on on the distributor as well.

I’ve been reading that, seems lazy on 90's GM part, *gasp*.

Just this week I was entertaining thoughts of finding one and LS-ing it....

This is weird, you mentioned Omaha, where I live, the AW11 MR2, which I had, and Saturns, which I DD.

My friend has been eyeing that to replace his rusty civic!

Most likely it’s jacking the speedo up due to the diff spinning up and the speed sensor is on the trans output/diff ring gear.

Congratulations NeonBlaqk on the upcoming kid and props for keeping your car. We are fully behind you. We bought Mrs SOHCZombie a 07 Saturn ION Redline as our family began to expand. Granted it’s a bit bigger than an Arbarth, but it’s still a 2 door (sorta) compact with sporty intentions. Things got much less cramped

Oh man, I want one of thoes 5 ton Wreckers in a bad way.

Head over to nrscca.com and check out the calendar. You need to get out here!

You do have to not necessarily 'love' the car you rally X with. Like these guys have said, it does put some beating on your car, more than AutoX. It's just the nature of the event, rough, uneven terrain, sliding around. Suspension takes a
