Again - when are these cop-callers going to be held responsible? The neighbor LIED TO THE POLICE when she denied making the call, and it would be so easy to trace the phone record.

Why? Because they likely do the same thing when they want to.  I see this and I think the whole department needs to be fired.  An officer doesn’t do that in front of his colleagues if it isn’t normal.  Unless the other officers are the ones who reported this.
