Is it just my perception, or do more restaurants have dual zone climate systems these days?  Restaurants are more comfortable than they used to be.

Yeah, pashminas are cheap, and the bomb. Guys tend to have to fall back on fleeces, but they can get by with it. The whole problem, really, is frozen fingers.
