Well, "It wasn't really necessary," seems to be the entire legal argument. The hospital is arguing that since, in their opinion, nothing else could be done to treat his cancer, going off to try to treat his cancer one more time was a form of neglect. That's pretty nutty on the face of it.

Right. The point is to dress up and have fun. If you're actually entering a contest, *then* the goal is to impress exactly three people. If you're making money off of it, then your goal is to impress consumers enough that sponsors pay you money. But what's ridiculous is the sheer volume of people on the internet

So, "Prince of Persia: Sands of Time" meets something from the paranormal mystery genre, in high school. Hmm. This is not fresh. Might be good, but not fresh.
