Thing is, games like this reach a MUCH younger audience than Breaking Bad or Sopranos. My brother is 12 and I monitor his gaming habits, but his friend, well his friend's parents bought him GTAV on launch.

Exactly why I gave up on this series. Meant for pros who really like challenges with a taste for masochism. It reminds me of Super Meat Boy. I cried playing that game.

Most people don't get it's a satire. Ask a random person who plays GTA why he plays it. You wont find many that say - "because it's a satire that idolizes gangsters and makes fun of America's Next Top Model".

So out of the 3 originally planned games in the Fabula Nova Crystalis or something series, we have 1 shitty game, 3 un-asked for sequels, and the remaining 2 decent ones don't even exist yet...

I stopped caring about teh story after the trailers to the first FF13 were released. Let's defy god - a universal theme in most JRPGs.
