Hi this is hollywood we are completely out of ideas so we are looking for some more dead horses to beat on.

It’s funny how Google take the moral high ground on diversity and equality then pays those diverse highers %20 less than their white male co-workers...

So think this engineer misses the point on much of what he is saying. He tries very hard to not sound racist or sexist, but comes across that way anyway. He should have stayed away from those topics in general. He should have focused on Liberalism vs Conservatism. And his points about being discriminated against

Actually it’s called scientific fact. The earth has been warming for over 100,000 years at an exponentially increasing rate. Even if humans affected that at all it would be such a small impact relative to the warming trend that was already taking place. Humans have big egos thinking they have control over a giant

The earth goes through climate cycles. Right now it is changing its weather patterns. This will cause big changes to habitable and not habitable land. Blaming people for these changes is niave. The earth has been going throw these cycles for millions of years, why would anyone think this time it’s our fault.

The force was not the airline. That was the police. After he was asked to leave the private property of the airline and refused he was technically trespassing and therefore the police can use whatever force they want to remove him. Do to the bad press United/Police may settle with him, but in a courtroom he would lose

The police beat up the old man, not the airline. They offered him what he is entitled to according to federal law. Yes there are laws in place about bouncing customers from flights, even after they have boarded. It happened 46,000+ time last year alone. Do some research into what the rules and rights actually are

The plane is United Airlines private property. Once you are told to leave an you don’t you are technically trespassing whether you have a ticket or not. Its in the TOS. They then have the right to call the police.

ALL airlines do this, not just United. The federal aviation stats say more than 46,000 customers were bumper last year alone. Its industry standard practice, most customers just take the cash and get on the next flight.

46,000+ passengers were bounced non-voluntarily from flights last year according to federal aviation stats. This is a normal practice. There are even laws in place about the level of compensation the passenger is eligible for. And how quickly the Airline has to get you on another flight. This is not out of the

It happened 46,000+ times last year. This man was the only idiot to cause a scene. It is a standard practice for all airlines and is clearly in the TOS when you buy a ticket.

46,000+ Passengers were bounced from flights last year. NONE OF THEM acted like this man. He was belligerent for not getting our of his seat and leaving when told to, and became worse once the police showed up.

I agree with this. But United losing 800 million is not going to help them do that. Most likely it will lead to them making more cost cutting decisions and providing worse service to passengers. Up until this video came out I was under the opinion that United provided the BEST service and comfort for flying. Now

I have been bounced from flights a few times. I travel for work. It happens all the time. I think the federal aviation statistics show that more than 46,000 people were bounced last year. It is not my place top delay the flight for the remaining passengers. Each time I have exited the plan when asked and then taken

Wow I said I would ignore insults, but being called Trump, or a member of his staff is a low blow. I’m just someone who respects the rights of corporations to protect their privately own property.

Am I doing that good of a job...? No actually just someone who does research and understands the law/policy of how flying works and is sick of seeing everyone OVERREACT to every piece of blown out of proportion news.

I am not sure where everyone got the “hotel” thing from he was scheduled to be on the next flight out which left in 1 hour. The plane is the private property of United. They get to decide who is on each flight regardless of tickets, read the TOS when you buy a ticket sometime.

He was going to be on another flight in 1 hour. If he was not on a flight in 1 hour United would have to double his refund. There are federal regulations related to bouncing people from planes and United followed them. I am not supporting the brutal treatment the police gave him once he resisted, just the fact the a

At the point United asked him to leave his seat it was no longer voluntary. United owns the plane it is there private property, they have the right to ask anyone to leave whenever they want. They offered to refund him his tickets, get him on another flight in 1 hour and offered him $1,000 cash for his trouble. He was
