The world would be a better place with a new “F-Zero” for Nintendo Switch.

You can replace “Switch” on that sentence with “DS”,“Wii”, “3DS” or “WiiU”. That’s right, it has been a while...

...I would also be very ok with “Demon Souls” / “Dark Souls” trilogy on Switch.

Ah, keep your thousand American dollars, I’m not selling my “Aero Fighters Assault”.

Most European software houses pulled this off when making SNES games: they added all srot of extras that the SNES allowed them that previous hardware they had released games for didn’t. Factor 5's “Super Turrican” and “Super Turrican 2" spring to mind as exmaples of this.

As far as Euro platformers go and considering that the original Amiga versions had no paralax scrolling, this is a rather interesting find.

Same old same old. Either making music or making retro videos. Life is good I guess.

Ah, I miss the time when I used to publish all fan translations projects on TAY. I still do it on Nintendo Life, but those were the simpler days...

Thanks! Don’t try to listen to them all at once! ->

We are the same age. But despite being unable to do stuff we didi back in the 90's we ar eable to do other stuff we couldn’t. I guess it’s part of growing up.

Never too late to speak “Dune”. =)

Use one of these and you will be able to use the Home button without the need to reach for the console’s reset button. In fact people in my country are having problems getting an extra controller, so its worth reminding that both Wii’s Controller and Controller  Pro addons work on the NES Classic Mini.

Contributing.

I was really disapointed when they opted out of “Day of Reckoning 3" on the Wii that would bring 16:9 widescreen seetings and theoptiob to turn on and off the Stamina. Truly a missed opportunity, brought on by the small number of sales for DOR in relation to “Smackdown vs Raw”... but as I figured the number of sales

Lovely article. I think wrestling games have be come much worse as of late, long gone isthe golden age of Super Famicom wrestling titles like the Fire Pro Wrestling series, the “Virtua Pro Wrestling” series on Nintendo 64 (and Western counterparts) or even GameCube’s “Day of Reckoning” series (something I extensively

True.

One of the main reasons I enjoy Nintendo e3 presentations is that they actually deliver in the rest of the year nearly all the games they show, unlike it’s competitors. I don’t buy hype, I buy video games

I miss Iwata...

It’s all in the reflexes.

Ill look into it. I played “Wild Arms” when it was first released. I have no clue how many “Tales of...” I lost, the last one I played was the 3DS (but consider “Symphonia” the best in the series of the ones I played.)

Will add it to my list. Im already 100+ games up in under three weeks, so you know.... big backlog to play, about 10 years worth of PS3 exclusives and such.

Xenoblade Chronicles” did it for me in regards to healing my love for JRPGs again after an extended leave from the genre almost all the way back to PSX. I know play on and off both old and new. A lot to explore on my recently purchased PS3, but I fear I still don’t know which ones I should go for and which ones to

Fantastic read I am glad there are more people than me that “get” why F-Zero is such an incredible series. I still play GX regularly and the recent re-release of the original on New 3DS is a great excuse to replay it on the go.

Please enjoy this old thing I put together back in 2013.
