It probably is a mistake. The issue most likely isn’t with Nintendo directly, but how Content ID works. Like I don’t think Nintendo employees are going around flagging these videos. For the most part Content ID is an automatic thing, and I don’t think it is able to tell apart the Minecraft videos with the Mario add-on…

well dont play nintendo its clrealy not for you i enjoy nearly any game from them for more than 2-3 years and most of them are party games so get some friends to you and you will be fine
