The thing I see is the bulk of women play mobile games. When it comes to consoles and PC, the women to men ratio seems pretty similar to the judge’s.

Clearly organizations made up almost entirely of men are inherently problematic.

That study intentionally limited the males that were counted (it only includes teenage boys) and intentionally expands the females that were counted (playing a single mobile game makes a female a gamer).
