We've all seen the seemingly crazy person who merges onto the highway at around 45mph, then cuts over to the leftmost lane asap and spends the next 1/2 mile getting all the way up to 61 or so in the left lane.

My rule of thumb... if I can't stay between the lines when parked next to an asshat, I don't park there. Consequently, I never have sarcastickies (by 3M) on my windows.
