Congrats on being a father! As one of two here, it's a rather difficult but joyful journey. Anyway, if not grilling or just grabbing a bite to eat somewhere, getting a "sensual" massage are the typical luxuries I like on Fathers day. Have fun!

Well, I wasn't a one button at a time player, I had lots of fun with the battle system, switching up between weapons and play styles mid battle. But the video you showed me was of a boss battle, one where the player was purposefully trying to be as slick as possible. That hardly seems fair to compare to the video I

Come on now. Dante has always been over the top and silly, though I will agree the cursing coming from the demon felt unnecessary.

Check out this vid. I sincerely hope you take a good look at it. The gameplay is fast and frenetic. I cant see a difference in framerate compared to the older games. Looks just like the original DMC, minus the art/character design.

As a long time metroid fan (played super metroid on SNES) I have to say that other M is not horse shit. Yes, Samus showed emotions that were never shown before, and they seemed needy and full of unnecessary attachment, but they made sense. She loved Adam, he was a father-figure, one that was regarded highly. One

Hope the video embeds correctly. The IGN player sucks, but the gameplay honestly looks good. I've been a fan since the beginning of the DMC series, and I'm fairly excited for this. :3

Ah, I remember that. I don't know why I assumed you meant playable characters. Sorry bout that. ;3

I understand and agree. Besides beyond I can't think of any other new IPs... I was more surprised that they didn't even bother showing any footage of Ni No Kuni, which I'm hoping brings back that PS2 JRPG magic. :/

What'd you think of Last of us (if youre a fan of naughty dog?) I'd say it was the high point of the conference... That and the pirate ship scene in AC3.

Agreed.

What're you talking about? Raiden/grey fox are not in Smash bros...

Yeah, bioshock 2 hadn't come out yet when the ps3 version of the first game hit, and FYI, sonic and snake are in Smash bros, so its not uncommon for third party characters to show up.

They mentioned DLC characters in the clip... That's got me worried... Though not entirely surprised. I just hope we don't get the short end of the stick. It would suck if they add the characters the fans want at an extra price. :/

I never mentioned nor did I insinuate artistic merit when I mentioned the writing, but regardless of who it's aimed at, it should be good and not lazy. "Up" was aimed at children, so was "Wall-E" and "Avatar/Legend of Korra," yet they all have much better writing than MLP. No excuse there. Even the other shows you

I need to mention two things...

Well, I listened to your advice and ordered the game. I'm trusting in what you've said about the gameplay, and truthfully, am very excited to play it. :)

I agree with the monster thing, I like party members with personalities. I do like Sora, though, and I hope (though not likely) that this entry is darker.

The graphics are definitely sharp! I have to say though, that resident evil revelations has spoiled me on 3DS graphics. That game just looks awesome. I am very excited for the DDD and if you don't have a 3DS, this is definitely the time to get one. :)

I've noticed that as well. I was trying to look up reviews of Ni No Kuni and famitsu rated it pretty high, though I've heard it's quite a simple game, in terms of mechanics. I hope famitsu is still a good source. :/

I'm hoping this game rocks! It'll be my first since KH2, and even though I hear BBS is awesome, I don't have a PSP, or really want to get one at this point. I've looked up videos/wiki stuff to catch up, and am now anxious to play as Sora again! :) I'm curious, though. Why do you think it might not live up to BBS?
