If you played the games before and thoroughly enjoyed them, I don't see why it would be such a bother to read up just a tad on whats going on. The amount of time it's taken you to write this post and reply to the different answers would've sufficed to catch up on the story. Oh, and it's definitely your loss, as you'll

Yes, the going down the side of a building was action-oriented, but so was destroying a helicopter with an antenna tower in Max Payne 1. Going off this definition: "Film noir is a cinematic term used primarily to describe stylish Hollywood crime dramas, particularly those that emphasize cynical attitudes and sexual

That looks awesome! I can't wait for this game now...

Im with you that the marketing doesn't really emphasize any noir, but did you watch the same clip I did? The first 10 minutes are definitely NOT like a Bourne film, and you only see "bald max" ONCE in the video, for like 20 seconds. Max Payne 2 started very similarly to this one (in terms of action) and that game is a

I won't lie, that's pretty terrible that they dont offer GO or on demand internationally. I'm curious, on the HBO that you have, do they not go by the same schedule as the US? Sorry if youve answered this on a previous post, I'm rather sleepy. :3

I'm not sure if you live in the US or not, but they are available on HBO GO and on demand the same, if not the next day they air. Regardless, it still won't justify your actions if the show gets cancelled or the staff start cutting corners because of lack of a better budget/lack of subscribers.

Ok, two things.

Dude, it's not a pc game, it's a crappy console title! How could it have great, even "good" writing??

No, I understand that concept entirely, but to say that it's a majority of the owners who are complaining is also a silly assumption, as I'm sure there's many more who enjoyed the game enough to not really feel the need to complain.

3.5 million copies were shipped. Let's assume that each one was sold, for the sake of this argument. If 300,000 people were vocal about the game and its "dissapointments" that's less than 10% of all the people who own the game. Hell, if 1,000,000 people complained, that's only roughly 33% of all owners, therefore...

I wouldn't even consider the metacritic user reviews credible. Remember the MW3/ME3 fiasco? As much as someone can hate those games, they are definitely not a 2 or 3 out of 10.

I have to agree. I love games that make me think, like Braid (with its story "depth") or Portal (quirky puzzles,) but I also love the games that are clearly designed to be fun. Uncharted is a perfect example of a game that's artistic (technically,) and fun & bombastic, with a story that, although far from deep and

I'm very happy that this amazing game is coming to the PC. The only thing that bothers me, and hope its not exclusive, is the extra bosses. As a fan of the souls games since demons souls came out, they should at least make those extra bosses available to the group of consumers who made them successful in the first

I think youre selling Madhouse a bit short, as they did the animation entirely hand-drawn for the movie "Redline." If you're telling me that's not impressive, then I dont know what is. I will agree that most typically budgeted anime series don't look nearly as good as a straight to video Disney movie.

And what an awesome ending theme that is. Perfect song to a damn near-perfect anime movie. :)

If they do a new song, it most likely won't be utada hikaru, as shes stated that she doesn't want to be known only for kingdom hearts, even though I think it's crap because she's super popular in the j-pop circle. Regardless, I was hoping for a new song for DDD. :(

Playing through ME3 and I gotta say, the multiplayer is fun. Love being an Asari vanguard! Also managed to get a sweet deal on Deus Ex: Human revolution at target. $14.98 in clearance on PS3. Hopefully it's a good game... I didnt enjoy the XBOX version of the original Deus Ex... HR was most definitely a blind buy.

I have to wonder. What's the point of XIII-2s DLC characters if you have to be such a high level to beat them, therefore probably in end-game areas (or close to?) I still have yet to get Omega weapon, and im 20 hours into the game. I know the challenge will be fun, but it would make more sense if you could get them

Man, the menus remind me of the ones found in Smash Bros. melee and Brawl. Doesnt this game have the same director? I can't wait for the next iteration in that series.

mind=blown! :3
