As someone that drives-thru too many places, I believe there needs to be a limit in place for large orders like that. If you go through a drive-thru and order for an entire office (I got stuck behind someone like this, took them 10 minutes just to say the entire order), you’re just an asshole. Walk in, or call ahead…
I like the idea of the BMW website listing them separately.
The general belief is he should get a ticket for maybe $100 and lose his CDL. Did you miss the plea deal? That would not have been life.
What was he thinking? If he wanted to kill people without consequence in Colorado, the Aurora PD is -right there-
An additional factor, including that he destroyed the brakes by misuse and knew the brakes were at risk (he had pulled over when they weren’t working properly to check them,) was that he held a provisional Texas-only driving license. At the time, it was the only way to be a driver for hire. Now an avenue for being a driver for hire has opened up…
My favorite mods are the factory bits we did not get here - my GTI now has auto headlights, wired the rear fog light, a Homelink auto-dimming inside mirror, and power-folding outside mirrors. On my BMW wagon I added back most of the stuff that BMW cost-cut out with the mid-cycle update on the e9x - hood insulation,…
They’re compensating for the wider tires extending out from the stock bodywork.
