So the crazy driver also writes checks at gas stations? You don’t say!

It’s not the supercharger use they are having an issue with, it’s the use of fast charging almost exclusively which can damage the batteries. The vast majority of his chargers were not using the supercharger network, its using other fast chargers that Tesla has nothing to do with.
Even more valuable is this guy that used to live in apartment complex where I lived in my early 20s. He was about the same age. He was in some sort of sales job and had to deal with people all day and he had the ability to change his accent and speech patterns on a dime. So, he could sound cultured and sophisticated…
I also recall several years ago being told by a FA over the intercom that the pilot was watching his phone detection device and he could tell two people had not turned theirs off yet. It’s just possible that flight attendants, like the humans they are, will make up stuff to try to gain compliance.
I hope the small sports car segment keeps doing more and more business and Nissan files bankruptcy. Freaking iDx Nismo teasing bastards! ;)
I’ll disagree. He does say at one point, he learned the hard way, then he nullifies that with pretty much every other thing he posts.
He claims in the forum posts that the cops were there before he even got out of the car and they immediately knew what he was doing because it’s a road where it’s common to wring out cars. He also says he told them how fast he was really going. Whether he is to be beleived, who knows. He’s a Dick.
Wow, he says in the first post, learned the hard way, but it’s clear from just about every other thing he has said, that he hasn’t learned much at all. I’ve been on lots of MINI drives before and we always kept it in our own lane. Dang, you could be the best driver in the world and if you come around a corner and a…
That’s true and all the more reason why they would need an engineer to look at it and a permit to do the work. No lives are at risk, so it’s not an emergent situation.
Honestly I’d rather have the orangutan. At least it wouldn’t be so easily bribed!
And I’d be pushing pretty hard to get them to come out. Sure, sending a photo and an estimate might be fine for a fender bender, but the insurance company needs to send a damn adjuster out for this one. I think I’d be sending some strongly worded letters about non-performance. Even paying a law firm a few hundred…
If it were an emergency situation, then no. But since the structure collapsed and then remained stable, it’s a different scenario. And I’m guessing the shoring they are talking about is more than wedging some wood supports under stuff. Probably more permanent and required plans to be drawn up.
It asked me is my city was (Morrisville, what’s up neighbor!) so, yeah it’s by location.
I’ll never understand this debate on so many levels.
No kids and freaking LOVE this song. So many linesman that perfectly hit the action in the film at that point too. That Lin Manuel Miranda dude should try writing songs for broadway or something!
I’ve found Wikipedia has gotten pretty much standardized on having a table with average high and low and record high and low, by month for most places.
Funny thing is they probably thought they had a great deal going locking these rights fees up long term figuring they would only keep getting more valuable. Now it’s an albatross around their neck they never saw coming until it was too late to really do anything.
Like I said elsewhere, they probably need to adjust the fee, but I’m sure in typical political fashion they pulled a number some lobbyist gave the, without checking it at all.
Hey, I’m not saying they have their numbers exactly right, but it’s closer than giving EVs a free pass. So maybe they need to charge EVs $175 or something. Again, if we had any real leadership, we would work out a system that’s (close to) fair for everyone.
Of course, if they used a mile based system, there would be a difference between the cost per mile of a big rig, a car and a guy on a bike.
