Any word on if Ford will also phase out Lincoln sedans?

I take it electric cars like the Model S aren’t commonplace in Alaska, Siberia, Antarctica, and Mt. Everest then.
That’d be a good option. I was thinking along those lines, as well. Even a nicely equipped Chrysler 300 is a good choice. Not “embarrassing” to be seen in engaging with clients. Mileage may not be all that favorable, though. None of these choices have great fuel economy, however.
They charged too much, I think. Too bad their splitting off with Holden. At least Holden should survive in some form in Australia. The SS is the best Chevrolet sedan in god knows how long. LONG. Sharp looks. Handles like the old BMWs. Good looking interior for a Chevy. A real shame.
Great interior! Are you paying attention, GM???
Get an all new Mazda 3. Go for the hatchback. Fun to drive. Good fuel economy. And it’s a hatchback so it automatically stands out.
Tbh, I don’t know if it is, either. It’s my gut reaction, as I also had no idea the whole area tries to pretend the negative aspects of Henry Ford don’t exist and never did. If it’s just one person trying to sweep it under the rug, sure. But if it’s a whole region that tries to sweep this stuff under the rug, well…
5th Gear: Nice. Apparently, there are consequences for speaking the truth about someone from 100 years ago. A small newspaper. But news travels far and this type of reaction doesn’t endear me to purchase a Ford company product of any kind. Had no idea it is (as in present tense) controversial in Detroit to speak…
I digested every word.
Honda profits are down. Oh no. Looking forward to the head honcho giving a speech like this is their last chance and they’re moving to become a complete EV shop, a la Cadillac over at GM.
Interesting. I was shopping around and my brands match up quite well with your list. I don’t buy German so they’re automatically off my list, no matter how nice they are. I got the Volvo because I thought the interior was luxurious AND it’s got Thor’s Hammer for headlights. I also love the sheet metal so that sold me…
I like the proportions of the CT6. The sheetmetal is sleek. I think it’s quite a gangsta car, particularly in black. And we know the chassis is great and handling is excellent. Great driver’s car for the segment. The interior, even in top trim, needs to go back to the drawing board. Nowhere near the best in class.…
This should be hung in some impressionist museums somewhere. Well done, chap.
lol this guy’s got jokes.
Just like the outrage over the news Michael Keaton was cast as Batman—and he’s the goddamn Batman to me, god dammit—the outrage was overstated for Ben A Fleck. He did a fine job. I’ve watched the Justice League movie now over and over again, mostly on planes, and I’ve grown to actually like it quite a bit. But, yeah,…
Trucks, SUVs, and the Model S no doubt has eaten into large luxury sedan sales, chiefly nameplates like S-class, LS, 7-Series, A/S8. We’re talking 1000s of units, not 10,000s of units. I think the Model S was the best selling large luxury sedan in 2018.

Have an independent master certified person, someone of the customer’s choosing and not the dealer’s, inspect the car. After the inspection, whatever is the outcome, the dealer should still replace the clutch, if nothing else but as a courtesy. It’s far cheaper than going to court. But, hey, my guess is the dealer…
The dealer is being stubborn on this and there’s a very good reason why. If the dealer had to pay out the ass for every tech who was fucking irresponsible with a customer’s car and did shit like this, they’d go out of business. Well, what does that say about the quality and character of the people they’re hiring and…
Curious? How is the adaptive suspension over rough roads, potholes, stuff like that? Is it floaty or tune for sport and thus the ride is more firm than plush?
