There is no best controller for a game. Fighting games work best on a PS3 remote. Most games work best on Xbox. RTS and MMOs work best on mouse. But, if you had to choose a controller with the most versatility. It's def the Xbox controller.

I'm guessing gameplay is going to look a lot like Uncharted. It's pretty obvious it's going to be a 3rd person view. Uncharted was never good with gameplay. So I don't see this going anywhere spectacular.
