A balanced gun doesn't game break anything. If people are willing to pay for skins for guns in GOW3, they'll def pay for more guns in MW3.

That's simple. Make it a game update. The file for a gun should be no more than 5mbs at MOST.

A 4 core processor is fine for consoles, plus they're not that expensive. And when it comes to RAM, 4GB's is MORE than enough for a console. Def VERY cheap to fit into a console as well.
