I usually go with one game of Sporcle, which can be anywhere from 4 to 10 minutes. I feel like it's brain exercise, so I justify it with that.

I watched the last 5-6 minutes of the Sharks-Kings game, which by no means went by particularly quickly, but it coincided with something like 90 seconds coming off the clock late in the Pacers-Heat game. I kept flipping to it and being astounded by how little the clock had moved.
