I agree. I get a gentle transition but I don’t understand the hate. Everyone has Micro USB cables, and most of the devices they’re complaining about don’t need blazing fast speeds or charging times.
Happens all the time with TV and movies, particularly with streaming (usually because the rights were negotiated before streaming was a thing). Hell Dawson’s Creek had a different theme song on Netflix because of rights issues.
Im pretty sure that this happens a lot with TV shows as they get released on physical media (and presumably streaming). Shows like Quantum Leap and The Wonder Years were apparently quite bad. I also remember a Top Gear special that replaced Born in the USA with something that didn't make a lot of sense in context.
1) The Australian production designer probably just grabbed a random map off Google without doing a ton of research on the map or realizing there were any political ramifications to it. Since Australia is not in the middle of the dispute, there is probably a low regional awareness of the issue. 2) The Filipino…
“Ugh, can you imagine having so little to do that you feel like you need to protest *jokes*? I’m gonna get a sign and go down there and really show them what frivolous protest looks like!”
You can easily spend much more than this on a cleaning cloth (Declan, etc). I wouldn’t, but it shouldn’t be surprising to anyone that a brand that markets like Apple would have some opulently priced items.
It’s kinda win/win for Apple... their rich customers get to feel great buying these items and all their other…
Or you know, it’s a small sci fi film and COVID fucked up their release plans.
This seems neat!
First thing I’d do is throw it on a Nikon with an F-mount adapter and post in the Canon forums.
It’s possible you’re older than me? Having grown up with the evolution of the World Wide Web, I honestly can’t remember a medium that allowed for user generated content to be published and accessed with such ease, that is still around today. Like I wrote in to Nintendo Power, but they still had an editor to moderate…
Almost all of these are millennial slang. “Stan” in particular is a reference to an Eminem song that came out in 2000, before Gen Z was born. (It’s also not a portmanteau of “stalker” and “fan”). And people used “pressed” when I was in middle school in the 90s.
As an old, I feel like a lot of these are 10 years old, like later millennial slang.
Right? Especially since Ratcatcher II and Sebastian are right there! Just give us the show we all want
Mine is white with black text and filled in by hand, and the writing matches for both shots because the same pharmacist did both. It’s the easiest thing in the world to duplicate if I was so inclined. Absolutely zero security features.
Interesting. Mine is white; I’ve never seen a yellow one.
but your vaccine is recorded in some database. I got vaccinated and when I asked for my vaccination records from my physician, it showed up as Pfizer xxxxx and had 2 entries for both jabs.
You’re doing gods work my friend. Fudge Slide shows.
I have the same dilemma with “chomping/champing at the bit”. I learned a few years back that “champing” is actually the original/correct word to use. I just try to avoid the phrase now.
All the more reason for one to be included.
