How about all of those shows that ran in between the big shows on Thursday nights. There was a rotating group of shows around Friends and Seinfeld for a while. I wonder who owns “Caroline in the City” and “Single Guy.” I would even throw in some of the bigger names like “Just Shoot Me.”
Ok, I just decided what I want.

Do you spritz them with anything before you cook them?

We have Y’all it is the greatest collective pronoun ever, and it already isn’t gender specific!

My kids and I play this game that I found in a game magazine so long ago I can’t remember where to give credit, but it looks like this.

Or at the very least give me an option to auto-mute them. The fact that they autoplay and they have sound is ridiculous!

I can sort of see fandango charging a fee because they are a third party and need to make money, but what bugs me is that Cinemark charges a fee for buying tickets online in their own app. Like what is that about!

(and yes, I do the Cinemark club thing that lets me waive this fee, but still)

I just switched my apple watch face back to an “analog” one because I don’t often need the exact time, but rather how much time there is until my next thing. I think analog clocks do a better job of that, or at least my brain likes it better because there is less math.

Why does everyone know Eli Whitney! I mean of all of the weird useless stuff that we all learned that one fact like sticks in everyone’s brain. Maybe it is the cool name.

We do $1 for every year old you are. So my 10 year old gets $10 and my 13 year old gets $13.

Yes this. And can I get some sort of option for a non-curated view too. There are so many things on Netflix that the algorithm doesn’t think I will like so I never see it. The only time I find those shows is when I go to do a search and something will pop up that I had no clue was offered.

Saw the headline and I thought it was some sort of cloud based system that would keep track of where other people entered in speed bumps and would raise accordingly.

Henry David Thoreau disagrees:

If I am at a place that I will likely not be able to come back to again (non-chain in a different city) I will always ask “what shouldn’t I miss.” Sometimes I will go with it or sometimes I won’t, but I have found some really unexpected things that way.

I am was an English major in college (back in the 90s) who was also good at Math in school, but numbers were always a little more work for me. When my kids started doing common core math I was like “Hey, that’s the way I have been doing math in my head since I left math classes”. The easy grouping, the working

Yeah, if they aren’t going to use a likeness then just make them cartoons. It would be a neater visual style too.

The movie was fine. It was a good movie to go see with your kids on a rainy afternoon, but other than the “cool look it’s a ___________” it just felt sort of well fine, I guess. Not too amazing not too terrible.

That was always my frustration with Minesweep you would always get to a place where you would have to guess. It could be a very educated guess, but it would be a 50/50 shot between two choices and you had to hope you made the right one.

I work for a church so lots more people have my number than I have theirs. Also, I am in my 40s so my generation still will call someone rather than texting if it is something “official.” So there are people outside my church who get my number from someone else and call me with speaking opportunities.

I’m sure Yaddle is a fine Jedi, but that screen shot is nightmare inducing.

What?
