My problem is the exaggerated presentation of aliens as some perfect beings with no flaws and god-like. I'm often making fun of some atheists who claim there is no god but at the same time they look up to aliens like... well, gods! (we still have no evidence about their existence - the same thing with... you guess

I'm not a religious person. But this is just tasteless, imho. Especially the Ripley and Alien one. Why is the Alien shown as Ripley's holy child?! Isn't the Xenomorph more like... I don't know, Satan's spawn? (or whatever you call that)

What's with all the obsession with aliens?! Aliens this - aliens that. Aliens are always superior. Aliens are always right. Aliens are the wisest. Aliens will solve all our problems. Aliens are also space elves - can't argue with them!

I see the word "racist" because of some dumb cookies... but why there is no "sexism" when I see such disturbing things like the Booty Bus...

Edit: If they mean with "Radoslav" the forename (and not the surname) of that person, it's still written in polish RadoslaW and not with "v".

And that's enought already. Send that repitle-giant where it belongs - to the 50s - 70s. It's bad enough that Hollywood tries to revive old movies and monsters instead of developing new ideas.

Another Godzilla-flick? Are you kidding me?

It's funny how people present robots/AIs as super-intelligent but at the same time they go all Adolf Hilter on humanity. Intelligence isn't just "rationality". It's creativity and empathy as well. So if robots really become that "intelligent", they would actually help humanity to overcome their problems to create a

Agree.

FYI, just because I miss Scar (one of my fav villains) in this picture doesn't make me a furry.

*nevermind*

I'll just leave this here...

True. I know it's not a fact. But everytime I read it, my body tingles with anger because I know that somewhere there are always people who take it seriously. The media and advertising agencies are particularly bad in this case.

Wow, so every drawn animal-character in human history is now property of the furry-fandom or what? You can dress like the human-version of Scar as well, you know...

And where is Scar?

Oh lord, some of these are really cheesy. Especially this one: "I am not as I once was."

Seriously, I really tried to read Dune. Really. But I just couldn't finish it. The writing is so bland and pretentious and the characters so boring - it's mind boggling!
