Hate to concede this, but this is also how Trump won in 2016. Everyone thought he was foolish to even keep going after the “grab em by the pussy” came out but he kept plugging away, caught a huge break with the dipshit Comey, and voila the wind filled his sails and we’re here today. sigh

Sadly, I bet part of this was that the medical staff was likely injecting a lot of cortisone into the tendon to “reduce inflammation” and pain but ended up weakening the tendon. The evidence of steroid injections in all joints is very poor (and shows weakening of soft tissues), yet in medicine we keep doing it. Maybe

My first year of medical school in NYC, there was a deli outside of my apartment that sold sandwiches at half the price after 8pm. This was an amazing deal for a poor med student, and a few times I purchased a prosciutto ham sandwich, which I would eat for lunch the following day.

I have been wondering about this since everyone says its better to have a smaller refund... what savings plans take advantage of a bigger withholding?

Yeah... was so heart broken by that loss. With Donaldson, Bautista and Encarnacion just crushing it that year, they probably could have beaten the Mets. Hopefully these youngbloods can take the Jays back to the playoffs in 2-3 years but Boston and the Yanks are just loaded and I wonder how long it will take for the

What are you guys talking about? I’m a huge Jays fan and was very disappointed they lost in the ACLS to KC, but that Royals lineup just hit single, after single after double after single. It was just an unstoppable machine of manufactured runs... I wouldn’t say they were crappy at all. And their pitching was pretty

Our $30 bidet attachment is amaze balls:

Grilled mangoes. Also grilled broccoli with salt and paprika.

Better than calling the airline and having to go through prompts, just walk to a different kiosk of that airline in the same terminal or find the main one that handles things like that. You’ll most likely be the only one in that line.

Delaware is the absolute worst. I-95 goes through Delaware for a grand total of 12 miles; however they charge a $4 toll for those mere 12 miles. They slow down and fleece out of state people so they can get others to pay for their lack of sales tax. They should be honoured that their state was given the privilege to

Also Bronco fan... so relieved Denver didn’t get a QB. That Nelson guy would have been good too, but I’m a lot more excited to see Von Miller and Chubb just fucking up every single third down drop back. and putting fear back in Brady’s heart.

this is good buttfumble

Please, please, please... can someone please come up with a good term for a conservative snowflake. How do conservatives get away with calling liberals snowflakes when Sean Hannity and his viewers lose it over this?!? We libruls need to make this a priority.

Yeah, the great thing is that it is so bloody easy and then gratifying to see your handywork. The alliums are hardy as hell. Also, deer and other pests are not interested in eating them.

Plant it! It’s best to plant in Oct/Nov but garlic grows awesomely... and scapes are delicious.

Not sorry to be the opposite of a buzzkill, but although there is some data that shows red meat may not be the best for you, in over 7 decades of studies on nutrition, not a single has shown that cholesterol or saturated fat is bad for ones health. If you’re going to eat red meat, Eat the fat

Children should definitely get support. Griffin is a bit of a douche in this but the fiance should have negotiated better in the prenup... she may deserve some compensation for leaving her job but that’s BS to just expect half of his worth without being married.

There’s a well documented divide in social views between primary care physicians ie family practice, general internal medicine, OB, psychiatry, and the proceduralists/surgeons ie interventional radiology, orthopods, plastic surgeons etc. Of course there are exceptions but generally the latter group went into medicine

I understand that people sensationalize and exaggerate the benefits of XYZ, but there is a A LOT of people, especially the author claiming they know how the body handles pH or that lemon definitely does not do something when in fact we just don’t know either way.

I’m a primary care physician and I am very torn about the flu shot. My colleagues keep toting the party line and saying everyone must get it, but when the effectiveness could be approaching 1 in 10 shots, I find it hard to give such weight to the recommendation when so many people are already skeptical. I don’t agree
