It doesn’t. Someone that swapped euro lights onto a US car had that, and it would illuminate the brake lights together (as in not sequentially), then the amber turn signal, so it looked a little silly.

That would have been nice, but the way they did it saves a considerable amount of money.

Yeah, no sequentials on the Euro ones, because Euro indicators have to be amber. If you swap the Euro lights onto a US spec car, it keeps the sequential lights, but it will light up the indicators with the brake lights. Not sure if there’s a fix, probably just a wiring thing.
