Well, he ran out of airspeed, which caused him to run out of altitude, and at that point, the best idea in the world isn’t going to save you.

He was too low for the airspeed he had. You need two of three things to fly, airspeed, altitude and brains. He didn’t have altitude, and he didn’t have airspeed. He may have had brains, but without the other two, he was in trouble.

Looked bad from the top of his loop. Didn’t have enough speed to complete the maneuver, a little more and he probably could have salvaged it.

I have peak torque in my ecoboost Mustang at like...2200 RPM. Turbos are actually way better at low end power than an NA motor, which often make peak power in the middle or at the top of the RPM range.

Stunning. If they ever decided to start building this as a kit for sale, I would have a tough time not buying one.

NP.

Quickly, to ebay! Gotta price out an Esprit.

My guess is it’s either slaved to the HMS or somesuch, or when the weapon is selected, the bays open themselves to get a lock before firing. Once you’re that close, radar cross section is a little less important, I would think.

It’s okay, because racecar.

Bro. That’s not stanced. It’s just lowered. Not every lowered car is stanced, and I feel that the drop in height is fine with the rest of the aesthetic.

A 325I with body damage on the rear quarter for 15k? Hell no.

I’ll take the hot rod, please.

159 twice would be 318. 4 cylinder has well over half the horsepower of the V6. Your point still stands, of course, but it’s not nearly as dramatic.

CP.

Maybe one with more efficient engines. That would be quite the machine to have.

F-15s and 16s lack supercruise ability, so they’d have to run afterburners to get to supersonic speeds. Fighters can cruise pretty much any speed they need to, so they would just match whatever the tanker was doing.

For the same reason you care enough to defend your opinion. Why do you care?

If the last Mustang you drove was a 99 and that’s why you don’t like them, then that’s just silly. The new Mustang is an amazingly capable car. Still not quite as a refined as a BMW, but man have they come a long way since the Fox.
