You can get better mileage out of an old Golf. So what? The $60k car is...good. That's the key difference. It also makes way more power for the same mileage.

No, zero is correct, because you'll have to pump it out of the tank before you can go. So, you will get zero miles for the 13 or 14 gallons of gas you put in.

It may look more true to the 70s version of the car, but the Camaro isn't really a 70s pony car, considering it debuted in 1966.

They use Russian helicopters in Canada.

Why does God need a starship?

It's not necessarily a 4wd. They're going to offer it with just 2wd too, which is how I'd have it.

Dude. You're a fuckin idiot.

Probably be powered by dilithium crystals, too.

I've seen one in better condition with the V6 and half the mileage for about $500 more. Instant CP.

Austin was where I was, for the USGP. Absolutely loved it. Also absolutely loved driving on the highest speed limit road in the US. That was fun.

Indeed. But they're so surrounded by stuff that I don't want to deal with, lol.

This may come as a bit of a surprise, as I come from the land of Jalopnik, but not driving like you're in a racecar helps. Not speeding and not racing off the line from a stop is helpful. Slowing down early in some instances is helpful too, but then again, so is not slowing down in others.

Nah, Cali pretty well sucks. I've spent a lot of time there. The air gives me headaches, the roads give me backaches, and the people make me hate the world. Also stupid politicians. I'll pass.

This, more or less. I hate going to California, but would love to go back to Texas.

It is an irrelevant metric, but somewhat interesting. Mostly just an indication of how highly strung the motor is.

Probably so, but that would be the case regardless when you needed to charge it.

Torino, Fairlane...Bronco?

Yeah, the Magnums are awesome, but manual conversions are always a little on the sketch side. I know that it's a pretty easy swap, but I've gotten to the point where I feel factory is the best way to go.

Remember that Marilyn Monroe picture with her skirt blown up? That was from a subway train, which don't go particularly fast, yet it moves that much air. Think about how much air that vent would have to evacuate for something travelling 30-40x faster.

Indeed. All of those would be interesting. Had a Subaru for a while, it was alright. I think the Volvo would be more fun, can be had with quite a bit more power.
